Knoxville Fire Sprinkler, LLC provides fire sprinkler system inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) services per NFPA 25 for commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout East Tennessee.
Inspection services include:
- Annual visual inspection of sprinkler heads, piping, hangers, gauges, and signs
- Control valve inspection and tamper switch testing
- Water flow alarm test
- Main drain test
- Dry system air pressure check
- Trip testing of dry-pipe and deluge valves
- Obstruction investigation when indicated by NFPA 25 criteria
All inspection results are documented on a formal inspection report and a PDF is generated for your records. Reports meet the requirements of the state and local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
